General considerations

At Musiversal we stand behind the quality of our service, but we acknowledge that mistakes can be made.

If you are disappointed by the experience or the result you had with us, you may qualify for a full refund. Once this happens, our team will assess on whether you qualify for it or not, based on what you agreed on our Terms of Use, according to the product. You'll be able to see the conditions on the different parts of this article.

Musiversal may refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, overdue payments, or any other similar context.

Once approved, refunds take 5-10 business days to arrive in your bank account.

Once you're refunded, your rights to make use of the Musiversal recordings will be revoked.

In order to request a refund, write to support@musiversal.com, specifying the purchase and the reason.

Refund Policy - Standalone services

We call "Standalone" services the ones that are hired and paid for as a one-off purchase: this is, not as part of an ongoing subscription or membership. Examples of these are Mixing sessions (paid with money) or Custom Sessions

  • You're able to cancel a Custom Session and be refunded for it, as long as you do this with a minimum of 5 days before the session's date. If you booked the session with less than 5 days of anticipation and want to cancel, this session will not be refundable. 
  • If you don't submit your files 48h before the session, it will be at risk of being cancelled, with no possibility for a refund. 
  • It's not possible to request a refund once the resulting materials of the session have been delivered.

Refund Policy - Musiversal Orchestras

  • For TBD purchases (i.e: June TBD): You're entitled to a full refund when the request is made up to 14 days after purchase
  • For announced date purchases (i.e: June 15): You're entitled to a full refund when it's requested with a minimum of 30 days of anticipation to the session's date. If you booked with less than 30 days of anticipation, this session will not be refundable. 
  • There are some specific technical situations, inherent to the material to be recorded, which may result in a partial or full refund. For more information about this, go to our Terms of Use, clause 3.5 Cancellations and refund policy.

Refund Policy - Musiversal Studio

For all plans within Musiversal Studio

  • Inactive periods of time on a subscription or membership aren't refundable. This is, if you haven't used your account for 3 months, and were billed for ongoing payments within this period, you won't qualify to be refunded for these.
  • A refund of your most recent payment may result in the cancellation of your plan. Any remaining booked sessions or credits won't be valid either. 

Specific refund conditions to each plan: 

  • Monthly plans: You qualify for a refund as long as you request it up to 48h after your last billing date, and you haven't booked or attended any sessions since the billing.  
  • Yearly plans: You qualify for a refund as long as you request it up to 30 days after your last billing date, and you haven't booked or attended any sessions since the billing. 
  • On-demand: You qualify for a refund as long as you request it up to 48 hours after your purchase date, and you haven't booked or attended any sessions since the billing.

Refund Policy - Musiversal Unlimited

For all plans within Musiversal Unlimited:

  • Inactive periods of time on a subscription or membership aren't refundable. This is, if you haven't used your account for 3 months, and were billed for ongoing payments within this period, you won't qualify to be refunded for these.
  • A refund of your most recent payment may result in the cancellation of your plan. Any remaining booked sessions or credits won't be valid either. 

For Monthly plans: 

You qualify for a refund as long as you request it up to 48h after your last billing date, and you haven't booked or attended any sessions since the billing.  

30-day Money-back Guarantee

To activate the 30-day money-back guarantee on your Unlimited subscription, and be refunded on your payment, you must fulfil all the following conditions:

   1.    You have not completed more than one session. A completed session means a session which was booked and held for you, until its time passes by, whether you attended it through live stream or not, and whether the session materials resulting from that session were delivered to you or not.
   2.    You have not been refunded on your Unlimited account before.
   3.    You requested your refund no later than 30 days after your first payment.
