Refund policy

Learn when your payment is eligible for a refund, according to our Terms of Use.

Refund policy

Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to arrive in your bank account and are returned to the account corresponding to the most recent details you have in the billing section of your account.

Musiversal does not provide refunds for periods within which users are inactive. For example, if you did not book or complete a recording session in the past 2 months, this does not entitle you to a refund. If you would like to pause your subscription, you can do so (refer to clause 3.7.2).

Musiversal may also refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, overdue payments or any other manipulative behavior by the user, such as, but not limited to the unfair use and misusage, and prohibited and mandatory practices, as stated, respectively, in clauses 3.10 and 3.11.

Refund of monthly plans

To be eligible for a refund on your most recent payment, you must cancel your subscription within 48 hours from the billing date, whether being a first time purchase or a renewal payment.

You are eligible for a refund so long as you cancel your account within 48 hours since your billing date, and if you did not have a session between that billing date and the date of requesting a refund. If these conditions are met, you will be entitled to receive a full refund.

If you had a session during the time in between your billing date and refund request date, or if you are cancelling your account more than 48 hours from your billing date, then you will not be entitled to a refund.

Refund of yearly plans

To be eligible for a refund on your annual subscription payment, you must cancel your subscription within 60 days from the billing date. If this condition is met, and regardless of session usage within those 60 days or less, you will receive a refund equivalent to 80% of the cost of your annual subscription plan.
